Greg Casella started Catered Too in 1992 after having worked in the High Tech industry for 8 years. Growing up working in restaurants since he was 13, his goal was to get back to working in the hospitality business. Since founding the company it has become one of the top caterers in Silicon Valley specializing in large corporate events and the preferred caterer at many sites in the Bay Area.

Greg is one of the only Certified Professional Catering Executives (CPCE) in the Bay Area, and sits on the Board for the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE), currently serving as the National President of this 4000 plus member Association.

What does he like best about his job? I love hearing at the end of the night how great everything was, the food, the service the entire event. Helping others have a good time is what Catering and Hospitality is all about!
Has been in the Hospitality industry for 7 years, Annette has a strong corporate background, having been in corporate high-tech sales for 17 years, she also holds a degree in Communications Studies. Before starting with Catered Too in 2002 she worked for a San Francisco catering company.

Annette loves the catering business because it is always changing and it allows her to be creative and keep up with the newest trends. There are many wonderful people in this industry.

What makes her happy doing her job? Seeing an event come to fruition and the vision become a reality. The positive feedback and glowing reviews I receive from clients. Seeing my client's pleased and excited and making them look like a star.
Ross has been with Catered Too since 1995, starting out as a warehouse person and gradually moving up to become our most capable General Manager. Before that he worked in a local deli for 10 years.

Why does he like most about being in the catering business?
I love how the job is different every day, varying hours, pressure to get each and every event done on time, wide range of foods, all the crazy personalities of coworkers coming together to produce an event and last but not least the greatest boss around bar none.
Having been in the hospitality for a short 6 years, Scott has a varied background having been a server, bartender, event manager, bar manager, and warehouse manager, he has really done it all!

Why does he like being in the Catering Business?
It's a fun job and I like being involved in making an event seamless from beginning to the end. The people are the best! I get to work with fun, dedicated people.
David has been in the food industry for 18 years, starting out as a busboy, server, bartender, sous chef and operator/owner of his own catering business before coming to Catered Too in 2003 as our Executive Chef.

Some of the people who have enjoyed David's creations are Howard Dean, Martha Stewart, George Bush, Al Gore, John Chambers and The Govenator! He also regularly teaches cooking classes at Sur la Table.

He loves the pressure, the volume of business and the spontaneity of being in catering. What makes him happy doing this? I love to cook, I love seeing people celebrating life and when they love the food and the ambiance than it makes me feel good. It gives me a creative outlet that I could not get anywhere else.
Teri has been in the hospitality industry for 8 years having worked as a Café Manager, Event Manager, Staffing coordinator, Production Assistant and Office Assistant. She is really a jack of all trades who can take anything on and have it handled within minutes.

Why does she like being in the catering business? I like being a part of the most memorable moments of people’s lives and being a contributor to the success of those moments, the challenge of listening to a client’s vision, and turning it into reality, and also it is just FUN!

What makes you happy doing this? The positive feedback that we get from our clients, thanking us for making their day flawless!

Training is an important part of our business. A number of our staff is certified in Serve Safe and we provide annual CPR training classes for our staff. Greg Casella CPCE is one of the only Catering professionals in the bay area to be a Certified Professional Catering Executive (CPCE). Our staff attends regular meetings of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) as well as Educational Conferences throughout the country in our field. We are always looking for better and more creative ways to serve our customers!
